Why developers choose MyJson
Everything stays on your machine
Every operation runs in your browser. Your JSON, SQL and text are never uploaded, so there is nothing to leak, log or subpoena.
Built for documents that break other tools
The work happens on a background thread, so a 50 MB file neither freezes the page nor stops you typing. Most tools give up long before that.
Free, with nothing to sign
No account, no premium tier, no rate limit. Open a page and use it.
How it works
A tool page is two editors and a background worker. What you type goes to the worker, which parses, converts or compares it and sends the result back. The page itself only draws, which is why typing stays instant even when the document is enormous.
Above five megabytes the live preview pauses and waits for you rather than re-running on every keystroke, and above twenty it turns off syntax highlighting to save memory. The status line always says which of those is in effect.
